Air Duct Cleaning

Pricing for one system. Multi-system cleanings quoted upon request.

    Includes all vents,1 Return,1 Main & Deodorizing. The technician will also inspect your system for Mold.

  • Whole System Air Duct Cleaning + Sanitizer Package $675

    Up to 2000sqft, includes cleaning of all vents, returns and main trunk lines. Inspection of filter, furnace, A/C coils blower motor, and entire system sanitizing.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

  • Basic Vent Cleaning $275

    Listed price up to the first 12 ft. $50 for each additional 5 ft.

Carpet Cleaning

$150 minimum for service. Pricing is based on standard room size of 300 sqft. If portable machinery is needed due to location of the property there will be a minimum charge of $150.

Mold Remediation

Please call Breathe Easy Solutions to schedule an estimate. Most estimate turn around times are between 2-3 business days. Administrative will reach out if your estimate needs additional time. 

  • Inspection Fee for Estimate $175

    Visual inspection starts at $175. If thermal imaging, moisture reading and possible drywall removal is needed pricing will be adjusted.

Floods/Flood Damage

  • Emergency Flood Fee $275

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment
