B.E.S is a family owned restoration and construction company serving Maryland homeowners and property owners. We specialize in mold remediation, water damage restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, waterproofing, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and general construction services.

Robert Lemon

Founder & Ceo

third-generation carpenter whose passion for construction and building started at an early age. Growing up in the trade, construction was more than just a career path — it was a way of life. By the age of nine, Rocky was already learning the fundamentals of building, and by sixteen years old, he was working alongside his father in both residential and commercial construction, helping build projects from the ground up.

Over the course of nearly two decades in the construction industry, Rocky worked his way through every level of the field through hard work, dedication, and hands-on experience. He started as a laborer before advancing to carpenter’s helper, then layout man, where he became certified in reading architectural and engineered blueprint drawings. From there, he continued to rise through the ranks, becoming a skilled carpenter, foreman, and eventually superintendent — earning that position at one of the youngest ages in the company’s more than 50-year history.

While continuing his career in the construction field, Rocky also began building his own business on the side, starting with residential repairs and renovations before moving into full remodeling projects and home flips. Through those years, he expanded his education and certifications, completing OSHA training and certifications, including extensive safety training and heavy equipment operation certifications.

As his experience and vision continued to grow, Rocky evolved the company beyond traditional construction services by incorporating mold remediation, water restoration, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and environmental services into the business. He became certified and licensed through major industry organizations, including the IICRC and NADCA, earning certifications in mold remediation, water restoration, structural drying, air duct cleaning, and carpet cleaning. These certifications helped establish the company as a full-service restoration and construction business capable of handling projects from emergency mitigation to complete reconstruction.

Rocky originally founded the company under the name A Strong Foundation, focusing primarily on construction and remodeling services. He later expanded into restoration services through the creation of Breathe Easy Solutions. Eventually, both companies and their specialties were combined to form what is now known as BES Restoration & Construction — a company built around providing complete residential and commercial restoration, remediation, reconstruction, and construction services under one roof.

In addition to managing operations and overseeing projects in the field, Rocky also built and developed much of the company’s branding, website, online presence, SEO strategies, and advertising across platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Bing.

Rebecca Lemon

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Rebecca brings a unique combination of construction expertise, business leadership, and client-focused experience to B.E.S. Restoration & Construction. She was introduced to the industry at a young age, with her father working as a professional painter and her mother as a professional cleaner—giving her early exposure to both the construction and service sides of the business.

Rebecca is a licensed contractor holding her MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) license and a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland, allowing her to provide clients with a well-rounded perspective across both construction and real estate.

As Owner and COO, Rebecca played a key role in building the company from the ground up. Through hands-on involvement in remodels, design, and property renovations, she developed a strong understanding of construction operations and project execution.

She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, managing teams across multiple service divisions including construction, mitigation, air duct cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Rebecca coordinates projects from initial client communication through final completion—handling scheduling, material ordering, job management, and quality control to ensure every project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

With a background in banking, office management, and sales, Rebecca was instrumental in building the company’s internal systems and operational structure. She manages financial operations including payroll, taxes, and administrative oversight, while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Rebecca also plays a major role in client relations and business development. Her experience in high-end sales allows her to take a consultative, no-pressure approach—helping clients understand their needs while building trust and long-term relationships. Through networking and strategic partnerships, she continues to drive growth and expand the company’s reach.

As Owner & Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca is committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality service while continuing to strengthen the company’s reputation.

Meet our Field Supervisor

Joshua Morsell

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and serves as the Superintendent for BES Restoration & Construction. He began his career framing houses and quickly built a reputation for his strong work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail in the field.

Over the years, Josh worked his way up from labor-intensive framing projects into lead carpenter and eventually management positions, overseeing residential and commercial construction projects of all sizes. He also successfully operated his own company for a period of time, further expanding his experience in project management, customer relations, and full-scale remodeling.

Throughout his career, Josh has developed extensive experience in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, drywall, painting, framing, and complete home renovations. In addition to construction, he also expanded into restoration services, learning mold remediation, water damage restoration, structural drying, demolition, and reconstruction from start to finish.

Today, Josh plays a major leadership role within BES Restoration & Construction by overseeing field production, managing projects, assisting with estimates, handling jobsite documentation, and ensuring quality control across projects. His hands-on experience, leadership skills, and dedication to craftsmanship help ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently.

Outside of work, Josh takes pride in mentoring others in the field and bringing decades of construction knowledge and experience to every project the company takes on.
